Scented coffee

Doses for 4 persons:
4 coffee cups
1 sugar spoon
Some mint leaves
Cloves

Preparation:
Make coffee with moka, using half coffee and half cocoa powder. Compress powder e make coffee as usual.

Spices coffee

Doses for 4 persons:
3 strong black coffee cups
4 cognac spoons
2 Cointreau spoons
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
4 orange skin pieces
4 lemon skin pieces

Preparation:
Put into a small pot the cognac, the Cointreau, the cloves, the cinnamon stick, the orange and the lemon skin. Heat on a low setting and, before the boiling, sear. Filter the liquid and add the coffee.

Coffee Zabaglione Liquor

4 egg yolks
600 gr sugar
3 milk glasses
3 coffee cups
150 gr Marsala
A pinch of vanilla

Preparation:
Beat the yolks with half sugar. Meanwhile, boil milk and strong black coffee and the other half of sugar. Mix slowly and add eggs. Cool down and add Marsala and vanilla. Put into a hermetic bottle the obtained liquor and shake it before use.

Chocolate coffee

Doses for 4 persons:
A tiny amount of ground coffee
1 cocoa powder spoon

Preparation:
Make coffee with moka, using half coffee and half cocoa powder. Compress powder e make coffee as usual.

Imperial coffee

Doses for 4 persons:
1 strong coffee cup
4 egg yolks
4 sugar spoons
1 milk cup
3 brandy shot glasses

Preparation:
Beat the yolks with sugar and brandy, add hot milk and coffee. Serve in punch shot glasses.

Rhum coffee

1 coffee glass
2 rhum shot glasses
50 gr sugar
vanilla
1 lemon skin
Ground ice

Preparation:
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker, shake and serve.

Mint coffee

Doses for 4 persons:
4 cold coffee cups
2 mint syrup spoons
2 Cointreau shot glasses

Preparation:
Pour into a shaker the coffee, some ice cubes, the mint syrup, liquor shot glasses. Shake and serve the shot glasses decorating them with mint leaves.

Orange coffee

Doses for 4 persons:
2 steaming coffee cups
1 spoon of an orange ground skin
4 cognac shot glasses
whipped cream

Preparation:
Mix coffee with sugar, the orange ground skin and cognac. Pour in the cups and decorate with whipped cream and an orange skin.

Montebianco (digestive coffee)

Doses for 4 persons:
¼ cold espresso coffee
¼ Finlandia vodka
¼ white Genepy
¼ Grand Marnier

Preparation:
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker with some ice cubes and serve cold in cocktail glass.

Coffee & Coke

Doses for 4 persons:
4 coffee cups
4 rhum shot glasses
½ litre coke
1 lemon

Preparation:
Pour into a pitcher the ingredients and the squezzed lemon juice, mix, add ice cubes and serve in cocktail glasses.

Tropical coffee drink

Doses for 4 persons:
250 gr mango sorbet
4 Cointreau spoons
100 ml cold coffee
100 ml ananas juice

Preparation:
Beat all the ingredients and pour into 4 little deep glasses, earlier in the fridge. Serve with two short straws.

Maracaibo (long drink)

Doses for 4 persons:
¼ anisette
½ Get Freres green Pippermint
¼ cold espresso coffee

Preparation:
Prepare it in the tumbler glass with some ice cubes and serve cold in cocktail glasses.
